INSIDE, 1996

Bringing in the warmth of the home, Inside (June 22- October 13, 1996) was an exhibition  dedicated to the nostalgia and quiet of childhood. Presented by the California Center for the Arts Museum, the exhibition’s centerpiece was the radical reimagining of furniture—objects of comfort, utility, and personal attachment—into whimsical and magical pieces built from the everyday.
